Green tech start-up Zolar focuses on digitization of mail and accounting
The green tech start-up Zolar has set itself the goal of building a solar system on every roof in the world and thus making the use of renewable energy as easy as possible. In addition, the fast-growing solar pioneer wants to reduce and digitize the sum of incoming letters as much as possible internally.
As the number of employees grew, so did the volume of mail. The company also switched to remote work at the beginning of 2021. Digitized letter mail offers immense advantages for Zolar. The biggest challenge was ensuring that all employees had access to the information that was relevant to them. This includes the daily inbox. Before CAYA was commissioned to digitize the letter, a number of employees received the mail in the office, scanned it and forwarded it via e-mail. A localized, manual and time-consuming process.
