Incoming delivery notes are scanned directly at the goods receipt area and forwarded to Caya via email. Post, email attachments, and uploads are also processed automatically.
Classification
Caya automatically identifies whether a document is a delivery note, an order, a customs document, or an inspection certificate – and triggers the appropriate workflow.
Extraction
All relevant data points are read automatically: order number, quantity, supplier, item numbers, and more.
Validation
Caya reconciles extracted data with your order and master data. Over 95% of documents are processed fully automatically – only in cases of ambiguity does a member of staff need to intervene briefly.
Real-time ERP booking
