Caya automatically receives all documents. It doesn't matter whether they reach you by post, email, or software integration.
Our IDP platform uses deep OCR technology and machine learning to automatically categorize your documents based on content and structure. All document types (e.g. invoices or contracts) are immediately recognized as such and further processed accordingly.
The next step is to extract all relevant information from the documents. This could be, for example, identification numbers, invoice amounts or other relevant information. The documents themselves can be automatically forwarded to a person or department.
The accuracy of the extracted data can be checked by our algorithms in a further step. For example, by comparing data from your ERP system.
If there is a match, the extracted data is now provided. The choice is yours: The now structured data can be stored in a cloud or transferred directly to other systems (e.g. ERP systems) via an interface.
