At Caya, we are driven by saving our customers valuable time. We believe life is too short to be taken up by paperwork.
That's why our mission is to revolutionize the way small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) work with documents. We make working with documents as automated as possible and as collaborative as necessary. By digitising even letter mail, we support SMEs on their journey of digital transformation.

After you have applied to us, we will check your documents and get back to you after a few days. The more authentic your application, the better.
Getting to know HR
As a first step, you will usually be invited to get to know our HR manager Anna briefly via Google Meet.
Getting to know Teamlead
When we've got a good first impression (and hopefully you too), we'll invite you to a second interview — this time with a subject matter expert.
Team call & offer
Before we nail things with heads, it is important to us that you get to know 1-2 more people and that final questions can be answered.

Our office
Even though Caya is a remote-first company, we have a nice office in the heart of Berlin. Everyone is welcome here at a flexible workplace 🤗 Coffee, water and snacks are available — as are other necessities such as period products. At lunchtime, we like to eat together or order what Kreuzberg has to offer. On Tuesday afternoon, there is pizza & beer at the office. This is how we round off the week together — possibly also at Club Ritter Butzke right next door 💃🕺
