Automatically via mail forwarding or by creating your personal Caya Postbox address. Pass it on to anyone from whom you want to receive mail digitally.
2. We digitise your mail
Your mail is digitized in a highly standardized and automated process. Completely compliant with data protection regulations.
3. You receive your mail
We make your mail available to you on a daily basis in the Caya Document Cockpit. You will be informed about new mail in real time via email or push notification.

Our private customer rates are aimed at private individuals who want to use Caya alone, as a couple or with their family. Choosing the right tariff depends primarily on the number of recipients in your household.

After booking, we'll set up your forwarding order.
After a few days, the postal companies will no longer deliver your mail to you on site, but to one of our scan centers. We will then scan your mail the same day we receive it and make it available to you in your Caya account. You will of course be notified of this via e-mail and/or push notification.
You can pay us by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), PayPal or, as a business customer, also by direct debit (SEPA direct debit mandate). Payment is made directly at the time of booking for the first time and then always monthly in advance on the first of a new month. Would you like to pay on account (bank transfer)?
