Booking is easy online and takes less than five minutes.

4. Tell us the address for which we should set up a forwarding order (if desired)
5. Now it is our turn. Within a few days, you will receive your mail digitally.

Our private customer rates are aimed at private individuals who want to use Caya alone, as a couple or with their family. Choosing the right tariff depends primarily on the number of recipients in your household.

You can pay us by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), PayPal or, as a business customer, also by direct debit (SEPA direct debit mandate). Payment is made directly at the time of booking for the first time and then always monthly in advance on the first of a new month. Would you like to pay on account (bank transfer)?

We always scan all mail that we receive. To do this, we also remove staples or staples, for example. Only documents that must be damaged by us to fully scan are not completely scanned by us. In such cases, only a stand scanner is used to scan the first page. These include notary deeds with seals, for example.
The original documents will initially be kept free of charge for 90 days in our short-term archive. Within this time, you can request documents via immediate delivery at any time. On request, we can also send you all documents regularly (monthly, biweekly, weekly) as a collective mail or archive them permanently in our long-term archive.
