How McMakler's financial accounting relieves employees by automating and linking digitized processes.
McMakler is the leading hybrid broker in Germany and is already one of the largest real estate agents of all. As a full-service real estate service provider, McMakler has improved its incoming mail processes very efficiently with CAYA.
McMakler's value proposition is to support property owners by requesting necessary decisions from authorities. “For this, we have a team that is in constant contact with the respective municipalities,” says Raphael Thelen. The information, notifications and associated invoices have been scanned so far, which took a lot of time and nerves before using CAYA. By scanning letter mail by CAYA, basic requirements were created to relieve employees of monotonous routine activities.
