Post employment contracts

Back to the past? In Germany, HR departments must now hand over employment contracts to their employees analogously.

With the entry into force of the law implementing EU Directive 2019/1152, companies have been facing fines since August 1, 2022 if they only hand over employment contracts to employees digitally. Do digitally organized HR departments therefore have to turn back the clock to the analog Stone Age? Not at all!

Our pragmatic solution is as follows:

  • We forward the contracts signed by applicants to our scan centers in order to digitize them there.
  • We will then make the documents available to you digitally in the Caya Document Cockpit.
  • You can also keep the paper-based originals in our long-term archive.

This allows your HR department to concentrate fully on its core tasks again and, above all, to attract and retain employees. You don't have to spend any additional scanning effort or purchase filing cabinets to store analog documents.
