Setting up Caya is a breeze and is done entirely online. To do this, first select the appropriate tariff + the desired scan volume and complete the booking process. After booking, you decide how you want the mail to reach Caya: via forwarding order, mailbox address or, for example, via collection by a courier. We always scan all mail that we receive. To do this, we also remove staples or staples, for example. Only documents that must be damaged by us to fully scan are not completely scanned by us. In such cases, only a stand scanner is used to scan the first page. These include notary deeds with seals, for example.
Yes, you can add any number of companies as recipients to your business customer account with Caya. However, please note that we do not offer separate inboxes for each company. If you want separate inboxes, it is recommended that you create a separate Caya account for each company.

The original documents will initially be kept free of charge for 90 days in our short-term archive. Within this time, you can request documents via immediate delivery at any time.
