We make collaboration and automation easier
This spring, we focused on automating your work processes and working together on documents. Here is an overview of some new features:
“Members” can now edit folders
With editing rights, you can now upload your documents to other people's folders, move and rename things.

Just test
Are you a business customer and would like to try out the new features? Activate the trial period for all features of the “Standard” plan in your settings.

Workflow creation made easier
The new “Add automation” button in your Caya inbox and all subfolders allows you to create workflows easily and quickly.

New automation for new integrations
Automatically send documents to: DATEV, Dropbox, FTP server and all our previous integrations such as Zapier, GetMyInvoices, Filee, etc.

Bonus: separate documents
In the editor, you can now save selected pages as a standalone document in Caya. The original is retained and the digital copy goes through our full extraction.

- Better cockpit usability: Each item in the navigation bar and documents can be opened in a new window or tab
- Work with documents: Copy and paste, full screen mode, undo/redo functions, customizable stamps
- Workflow automations: If tags are now also triggered when adding tags, for example, the recipient can also be selected as a trigger, you just have to select the Caya Connector again - then never again.
- Collaboration: A simple overview of all users with whom you've ever shared a document, plus a simple function to remove this access You can now find it here.
