Making collaboration and automation easier
This spring, we focused on automating your workflows and collaborating on documents. Here is an overview of some of our new features:
Members can now edit folders
With edit permissions, you can now upload documents, move items, and rename files in other people's folders.
Give it a try
Are you a business customer and would like to try out the new features? Activate the trial phase for all "Standard" plan features in your settings.
Simplified workflow creation
The new "Add automation" button in your Caya inbox and all subfolders allows you to create workflows quickly and easily.
New automation for new integrations
Automatically send documents to: DATEV, Dropbox, FTP servers, and all our existing integrations such as Zapier, GetMyInvoices, Filee, etc.
Bonus: Splitting documents
In the editor, you can now save selected pages as a separate document in Caya. The original remains intact, and the digital copy undergoes our full extraction process.

- Improved cockpit usability: Every element in the navigation bar and all documents can now be opened in a new window or tab
- Working with documents: Copy and paste, full-screen mode, undo/redo functions, customisable stamps
- Workflow automations: Now triggered when adding items such as tags; the recipient can also be selected as a trigger; you only need to select the Caya Connector once – and never again.
- Collaboration: A simple overview of all users with whom you have ever shared a document, plus an easy function to remove this access, can now be found here.
