Everything new at Caya

Does May make everything new? Of course. For CAYA, August brings the biggest changes. Or should we rather say: improvements?

Five years after its founding, Caya is much more than just a post-digitizer, but the central document suite for thousands of small and medium-sized companies. What started with the small idea of receiving, organizing and jointly processing mail is now a leading digitization enabler with 50+ employees who make everything possible (High Five ✋).

From post-digitizer to smart document management system

What motivates us the most? The fact that European SMEs spend around 17,000,000,000 euros a year working with documents. We think that doesn't have to be the case. For us, successful organization always starts with organization. And that is exactly why Caya has developed intelligent software for handling documents. One that makes paperwork a thing of the past, automates document workflows and allows you to confidently invest your time and energy in other things. Today, we offer a smart document management system that can be linked to over 130 solutions, including accounting, personnel or project management software, in no time at all. And one whose efficiency many no longer want to miss out on. Nor do they have to. On the contrary: Caya is now even better. It's high time for a rebrand and repositioning — with lots of new features.

New design 🎨

Don't be frightened! Caya comes in a new look. Yes, we still are—just prettier and better. What remains is above all our core competence as a document organizer. But Caya has long been much more than that, namely a smart solution for managing and automating document workflows — as simply and stress-free as possible. It is precisely this development that is now also being incorporated into our new, visual brand identity. 🥳

New website, new web address 💪

You can safely forget Getcaya.com. From now on, you can easily find Caya on Caya.com — nothing easier than that. We are more adults than ever before and we are now backing that up with the right domain.

New company 📝

Yes, we're changing our name. From August, Caya operates under the name Caya GmbH. As a company, for five years now, we have focused exclusively on making working with documents easier for everyone. It is high time that the company name also reflected this.

New features ✨

Automagic Workflows:

Editing documents with Caya is now even better. Why Because at Caya, we believe that digitization always means automation. That is why repetitive tasks in particular, which eat up an unnecessary amount of time, no longer end up on your desk with us, but are carried out automatically by Caya. For example, Caya can now automatically recognize invoices as such and forward them to your accounting tool and import email attachments directly to Caya from Outlook or Gmail without your intervention. And and and... It's all easy-peasy!

Individual workflows for special requirements:

Do you have a particularly large volume of documents? Then you can now build and automate completely individual, complex workflows with Caya. Your internal IT systems can be connected to Caya and documents can be synchronized smartly (e.g. with transfer of extracted data), e.g. to automatically synchronize and update signed customer contracts with Salesforce.

Better division of tasks:

Role management has never been easier with Caya. With “Caya Teams”, employees can easily be invited to Caya and assigned an appropriate role. External third parties can also have access to selected documents and folders through our sharing feature. You can also activate Google Single Sign-On in your company, which allows you to log in via an existing Google account. And for even easier collaboration, annotations or comments are possible directly in the document and, including tagging (@Kollege), even in real time.
