Who are we?
Caya is a successful SaaS company for digital document management. We create smart solutions to organize and (collaboratively) process documents more efficiently. We automate recurring administrative tasks, so that our customers can save time and focus on the essentials. We strive to be the best all-in-one solution for digital document management – and to make paperwork pleasant again.
More than just a SaaS company
We consist of about 50 colleagues who work together from different places around the world. Our headquarters – if you feel like being in the office – is located in Berlin Kreuzberg.

The application process
Application & Screening
After you have applied to us, we will check your documents and get back to you within a few days. The more authentic your application, the better.
Get to know HR
In the first step, you will usually be invited to a short get-to-know session with our HR Manager Josephin via Google Meet.
Get to know your teamlead
Once we have a good first impression (and hopefully you do too), we will invite you to a second interview – this time with a professional expert and probably your future teamlead.
Teamcall & Offer
Before we get down to business, it’s important to us that you get to know 1-2 more team members and that final questions can be clarified.

Our office
Even though Caya is a remote-first company, we have a nice office in the heart of Berlin where everyone is welcome to use a flexible desk 🤗 Coffee, water and snacks are provided - as well as other necessities such as period products. During lunchtime, we like to go out and eat together or order whatever Kreuzberg has to offer.
Every Friday afternoon we have pizza & beer in the office. That's how we end the week together – possibly also at Club Ritter Butzke right next door 💃🕺
